All Artwork is original, created by Jas Streten and subject to copyright. Only quality materials are used to create the artworks.

Jas endeavours to use recycled or used materials for packing, storage and shipping.

Privacy Policy:

Unless required by law no information collected by me will be intentionally provided to third parties.

Financial or payment information relating to orders is handled by the payment processor Stripe. Information required to prepare and deliver orders, including name and contact details will be recorded. This information will not be intentionally provided to third parties unless legally required. In the unlikely event you sign up for my infrequent newsletter none of your information will be intentionally provided to third parties.

Shipping:

​Artwork is only shipped within Australia. Shipping is calculated at the checkout prior to an order being processed. ​Return Policy While all efforts are made to ensure artwork is displayed accurately on the website, due to various factors (screen resolution, the time of day the image is viewed etc.) sometimes, the artwork doesn’t match the décor or how you thought it might look. If this happens please either send an email to jas.streten@gmail.com or via the contact us page on the website. This must be done promptly as the artwork needs to be shipped from you (the art collector) within 7 working days from when you received the delivery. In the unlikely event the artwork needs to be returned please ensure it is repackaged to ensure there is no damage. If an item is damaged then please provide photos of the artwork and the damage. Depending on the circumstances, amount of damage, return cost etc, I will request the painting be returned or destroyed. If the item is to be destroyed a credit will only be processed when photos of the disposed item are provided. The cost of return shipping will be covered by the purchaser and subtracted from the amount refunded once the art has been received. If the art is returned in any condition less than when it was sent originally, the purchaser will have the cost subtracted from their refund. ​Returns are not available for items damaged in shipment. These will be covered as part of the insurance attached to the delivery and the purchaser will be covered for any damaged art bought from this website.
